The brief

Parabellyx builds LUMA, a platform that continuously tests mid-market companies for real, exploitable security risks. They needed a senior engineer to make the platform easier to run, so problems get caught early and releases stop being manual work.

What I delivered

DevOps and security engineering for Parabellyx and their client projects.

• Monitoring and alerting across LUMA’s AWS environment, so the team hears about problems before customers do

• Alerts sent straight to Microsoft Teams and email, with one dashboard for the whole platform

• A runbook so anyone on the team knows what each alert means and what to do

• CI/CD for LUMA, moving releases from manual steps to automated, approved deploys

• DevSecOps engineering on Parabellyx client engagements, including GitHub Advanced Security rollouts
