Phelps Group is a Canadian executive search firm. They needed a site that matched the calibre of the leaders they place: clear, fast and easy for their own team to keep up to date.

What I delivered

• A custom candidate scoring tool: the team interviews and scores candidates, and a dashboard shows final scores and the reasoning behind them

• Multi-region hosting with automatic failover, so if one location goes down the site keeps running from another

• Ongoing maintenance and security updates

The result: more leads coming through the site.
